
About Chris
In 2013 I completed my undergraduate degree in sport and exercise science, from this I gained a thorough understanding of research methods, physiology, psychology, biomechanics and nutrition.

In 2014 I graduated from the University of Ulster with an MSc in sport and exercise nutrition.
​
Areas of study included nutrition and exercise metabolism, evidence based practice in health care, nutrition for health and disease prevention, nutritional assessment, biostatistics and research methods, sport specific nutritional Issues and practical sports nutrition.
​
I am also currently registered with the BDA (British Dietetics Association) and SENR (Sport and Exercise Nutrition Register) ensuring my dietary analysis, guidance and methods are scientifically valid.
